Massage Therapy:
Western College is dedicated to the principle idea that education is the foundation for growth and that students should have the opportunity to develop to their full potential. This California massage therapy school provides a balanced program of instruction to those students interested in acquiring specialized knowledge necessary for success in today's industries. The California Massage Therapy school is designed to provide the didactic and clinical training necessary to prepare students for entry-level positions as Message Therapists. This California massage therapy school will provide students with knowledge and skills in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, deep tissue, sports, shiatsu, seated and specialized massage techniques. Upon completion, students will have the skills to work in a variety of professional environments including clinics, chiropractic offices, sports facilities, spas and as private practitioners. The California massage therapy school diploma program is approximately forty-two (42) weeks. Completion of this program prepares students for the National Certification exam.
Paralegal Training:

A course offered at the college, paralegal research and writing, is a perfect example of a skill-based class that will provide the students with knowledge they will use later in their career. The ever-changing demands of employers and the personal needs of the student body require the College to continue to develop and revise the programs of study. In other words, a course like the paralegal research and writing course will use up to date research and writing techniques to ensure the students are aware of and up-to-date on the employer's requirements.
The American Bar Association approved program is designed to prepare graduates with the skills necessary, like paralegal research and writing, to fill entry-level positions in legal departments, as paralegals, working under the direct supervision of an attorney. Paralegal Studies encompasses many facets of law and includes, but is not limited to, property and probate, family law, torts, civil procedures, contracts and legal research and writing. Courses like paralegal research and writing can help them understand major concepts and enable them to convey their research in writing. Upon completion of the program, the student will have acquired an Associate of Arts degree as well as the technical knowledge and work skills necessary to serve a variety of employers, including city, county and state governments, law firms, legal clinics and state and federal courts. The Associate of Arts degree can be earned in approximately sixty-four (64) weeks and require classes such as paralegal research and writing.
